Job Introduction
As the Early Life Consultant you will supports the Early Life Service Manager in the delivery of the operational integration element of an automated logistics solution.
As the Early Life Consultant you will support the customer throughout the contractual testing period and play a key role in planning and supporting the post go live Integration testing programme. You will continue to support the customer through ramp-up and into Business As Usual.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop an in depth understanding of existing and new TGW products, the WCS solution and operational flow
  • Become a subject matter expert and create a knowledge transfer culture
  • Build relationships with the all stakeholder teams (Customer, TGW project and if applicable LTS resident onsite teams)
  • Support the customer in creation of a testing and operational training plan
  • Problem solving and root cause analysis
  • Data capture to support operational decision making and driving continuous improvement strategies
  • Capturing and documenting lessons learned
  • Support and validation of customer documentation (standard operating procedures and training material)
