We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a in the food industry at our new location inside of the WEM Mall. As a Early Morning Baker/Decorator you will be responsible for baking, cooking, food preparation, packaging, decorating, and providing excellent customer service. If you have a love for the kitchen, enjoy creating delicious treats, and have a strong attention to detail, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Bake a variety of goods.
- Willing to work at 5am during the week and weekends - minimum of 15 hours per week. (2-3 shifts per week)
- Prepare ingredients for recipes and follow established recipes accurately
- Cook and assemble menu items according to customer orders
- Package finished products for display or delivery
- Decorate with precision and creativity
- Work the front end which includes making coffee/drinks and packaging customer orders
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and offering product recommendations
Requirements:

- KNOWLEDGE OF BAKING TECHNIQUES AND CAKE DECORATING IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE

• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality products are produced
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide outstanding customer service
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Willingness to work at our Spruce location as needed
