We are looking for a kind, caring and compassionate Home Care Professional to care for our clients in Kingston Borough (New Malden, Tolworth, Surbiton, Chessington, Kingston). We offer guaranteed contracted hours from 16-35 hours per week depending on your availability. Candidates must drive and have access to a car.

• To assist with day to day activities.
• To support bathing, showering and toileting.
• To prepare and serve meals; assist clients with eating and drinking.
• To administer medication.
• To help promote mental and physical well-being of our clients through talking to them, taking them out, sharing with them in activities such as reading, writing, hobbies and recreations.
• To undertake light household tasks for example making and changing bed linen, light cleaning.
• To write reports, take part in staff and client meetings and training activities.
