Job Description Application Deadline: September 26, 2025 What is the opportunity? As an Early Stage Agent you will be responsible to contact and determine the best course of action on all products assigned in Retail Collections early stage delinquency buckets, which covers all Loans, Credit cards & Mortgages. You would be responsible to cure the accounts using best judgment, balancing the most efficient and effective method of collecting the account arrears, meeting KPIs and Business objectives and maintaining a positive client experience. What will you do? Collection of all Retail Collection accounts presented to the Early Stage Delinquency Buckets Ensures all necessary and relevant information is gathered to analyze the status of the account through direct telephone contact with the client. Utilizes a variety of RBC systems to “Search and dial for dollars” and place account holds when required. Ensures the integrity of the client documentation is timely and properly maintained Maintains accurate diary dates in the Collections system(s) to ensure consistent follow-up with the clients as defined in the Collections Process Expected to process work volumes/contact client as measured by established service quality standards(e.g. Client Service Commitments) To deliver all exercises / administrative duties in a timely manner ensuring meaningful content. Deliver professional level of customer service to internal and external stakeholders and ensures a professional standard of client care and experienced is maintained, resolving issues at source and referring as required Exercise good judgment when making decisions balancing Risk and Client experience What do you need to succeed? Must-have Banks minimum entry requirements, 5 BGCSE - Maths & English compulsory Proficient in the Banks reconciliation processes Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS suite + keyboarding skills Proficient with Bank technology where applicable, including but not limited to RIBS, T24, Oracle, Outlook, Secure Web etc. Proficient with Credit Management & Recoveries Platforms Nice to have Strong interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management skills Keen analytical sense Good business writing skills Basic knowledge of lending/securities Basic understanding of the fundamentals of credit Good understanding of delinquency management What’s in it for you?
