Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of the Early Steps Project, ensuring it aligns with Uniting’s goals and vision
  • Oversee program operations, including service recruitment and student placements with our university partner
  • Serve as the main liaison for services, sector experts and other key stakeholders
  • Build strong team relationships across Early Learning and the wider organisation
  • Report on project progress, engagement and outcomes
  • Manage resources effectively while maintaining a safe, inclusive and supportive environment
