What you will do:

  • Attract, assess and hire on campus to fill full-time, internship and co-op positions within your assigned market(s).
  • Act as primary recruiting point of contact at target educational institutions within your market and for assigned client portfolio; develop and maintain relationships with students, career centers, student clubs, faculty and internal business partners in Talent Advisory, Programs & Events and Talent Services.
  • Work with the Campus Recruitment Team to recruit in accordance with national guidelines and the law and to address the firm’s position at strategic schools to ensure a consistent recruiting approach comparable to those of other top-rated firms.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of campus event, Deloitte-hosted conferences, case, office visits etc.
  • Actively recruit internal client serving volunteers to represent Deloitte on campus. Train clients and provide subject matter expertise on related recruitment procedures, roles and on-campus expectations.
  • Implement sourcing strategies to identify talented candidates, meeting diversity initiatives.
  • Maintain a constant and steady focus on the assigned local market and target school, sharing competitive intelligence to key stakeholders.
  • Partner with Early Talent Analysts and others to deliver the highest level of candidate care
  • Utilize firm standard tools to capture all recruiting and hiring activity. Also assist in the collection of new hire documentation.
  • Develop specific branded material for specific area and practice needs. Liaise with national marketing and branding for strategy and messaging.
  • Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to travel to all campus locations as well as work in excess of standard hours when necessary. Some weekends and evenings are required.
  • Assist with Social Media initiatives as needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years of relevant Campus Recruitment and Human Resources experience
  • Understanding of how to ability to attract and retain talent, and understanding of the firm and business, building relationship.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Exceptional organization, planning, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables
