Personalized Program Experience: We're committed to energizing your career and empowering your impact. No two participants share the same experience or set of responsibilities. Role Exploration: You'll explore various roles early on and participate in our LDP Core Learning Series. These experiences allow you to build your functional expertise and leadership capabilities to maximize your potential for future roles. Strategic Networking: Collaborate with senior leaders with mentorship programs woven into your experience. Directly shape peer engagement, learning, development, and the overall participant experience by serving on LDP advisory boards. Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering from an accredited institution, with up to two years of relevant work experience. Minimum of one internship or an equivalent of 3 months of Power Electronics work experience completed at the time of this application Demonstrated leadership experience within campus and/or community Two or more relevant internships Power Electronics industry experience (Power Electronics Hardware/Control Design, and/or Power conversion; Model based design/ electronic circuit design and simulation; Electrical testing, troubleshooting, & validation) Preferred Software exposure: RTDS, OPAL-RT, Typhoon, dSPACE, MatLAb Demonstrated exposure to machine learning or AI concepts through coursework, internships, research, or personal projects including experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot), experience in prompt engineering, and working with generative AI models and simulation tools Effective communication Proactivity and curiosity Ability to learn fast and take challenging tasks Desire to build a leadership career in a multinational company Good English communication (oral and written) and presentation skills Good presentation skills& storytelling skills
