Role Exploration: You'll explore various roles early on and participate in our LDP Core Learning Series. These experiences allow you to build your functional expertise and leadership capabilities to maximize your potential for future roles. Strategic Networking: Collaborate with senior leaders with mentorship programs woven into your experience. Directly shape peer engagement, learning, development, and the overall participant experience by serving on LDP advisory boards. In our Information Technology Program: You'll work on high-impact functional projects, driving technology improvements and innovation. Development is accomplished through a variety of on-the- job experiences, professional networking and business learning. After completion of the program, your technical expertise combined with your newly acquired business acumen will get you ready to take on larger challenges within the Information Technology function including technical or people leader opportunities. Bachelor's or master's degree in a STEM or business field from an accredited institution, with graduation date before February 2026 Minimum of one internship/co-op experience or an equivalent 3 months of IT work experience completed at the time of this application Minimum overall cumulative GPA of 2.8 Must be geographically flexible to relocate within Mexico VISA Degree in management information systems, computer science, computer engineering, data science Overall cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher Previous internship or co-op experience in leveraging AI/Machine Learning, UX design, Cloud, Cybersecurity Understanding of Python language and applications Demonstrated leadership experience within campus and/or the community Position Criteria: Proven technical ability through coursework and work experience Self-motivated and a strong desire to achieve results Desire to build a career in information technology This role may include travel (up to 25%) within a local region and/or internationally as determined by the Information Technology assignment manager LI-MB2 We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for job applicants and employees.
