We are looking for a Dare for Tomorrow to join our Information Technologies team in Istanbul. Welcome to PepsiCo! (15 September) Responsibilities Support the deployment and ongoing operation of digital solutions for the S&T deployment function. Assist in the implementation, rollout, and adoption of business applications and digital tools across deployment teams. Participate in end-to-end process analysis (e.g., Order-to-Cash, commercial execution, consumer engagement) and help identify process improvement opportunities. Support testing activities including User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, defect tracking, and issue resolution. Assist in incident and problem management by ensuring timely follow-up, escalation, and communication with end users. Prepare and maintain key project documentation such as process flows, deployment guides, and user manuals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system adoption and operational continuity. Contribute to improving digital ways of working by supporting standardization, efficiency, and user experience enhancements. Qualifications Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum 1 year of working experience (Note that you can apply if you will graduate before August 2026) Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Electrical / Electronics Engineering Fluent in both English and Turkish Agile approach to work in a dynamic environment Strong collaboration and communication skills
