Video Interview (9 - 15 June): You will complete a video interview consisting of 3 short questions about your motivation and abilities Face-to-Face Assessment (6 - 17 July): You will be invited to a face-to-face assessment at PepsiCo Headquarters where you will experience analyzing a business case in a group discussion Interview (23 - 29 July): You will have a chance to share more about yourself in a meeting with your future line manager. (15 September) Responsibilities Support the relevant Key Account Manager and Senior Key Account Management (KAM) teams in identifying customer-specific opportunities and driving growth initiatives for Local Key Account customers. Monitor and report on the operational flow of Joint Business Planning (JBP) processes and key growth initiatives for top Local Key Account customers. Track and report the progress and success criteria of Go-to-Market (GTM) project transitions for top Local Key Account customers. Oversee and coordinate ongoing office-based operational activities to enhance the quality and effectiveness of customer meetings conducted by KAM teams. Assist in strengthening customer relationship management by ensuring timely follow-up, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional coordination. Contribute to the successful execution of strategic account plans by supporting operational excellence and continuous business development efforts. Qualifications Fresh graduates or professionals with a maximum 1 year of working experience (Note that you can apply if you will graduate before August 2026) Fluent in both English and Turkish Agile approach to work in a dynamic environment Strong collaboration and communication skills
