During non-peak periods, design and support early talent programs (e.g., intern events, early career development initiatives, and campus partnership programming). Ensure a seamless candidate experience through consistent communication and timely updates throughout the process. Support inclusive and equitable hiring practices by engaging diverse student populations and applying structured, bias-aware recruiting processes. Maintain accurate recruiting data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and report on pipeline and hiring metrics. Stay up to date on early talent market trends, campus recruiting best practices, and innovative sourcing strategies. Potential add-ons: Partner with internal teams to drive offer acceptance through engagement, follow-ups, and program-level yield strategies. Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and program stakeholders to deliver a cohesive early talent experience. Contribute to continuous improvement of early talent recruiting processes and programs through feedback, data, and post-season retrospectives. Support employer branding initiatives, including social media, content creation, and student-facing messaging.
