JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking 2 passionate and dedicated Early Years Educators with a minimum level 5 in Childcare to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their development through engaging activities and play-based learning. You will work closely with children aged 3-5 years, supporting their emotional, social, and cognitive growth while ensuring their safety and well-being.

SKILLS

  • Strong understanding of child development theories and practices relevant to early years education.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with children and adults alike.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being able to take initiative when required.
  • Creativity in planning activities that stimulate children’s curiosity and interest in learning.
  • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
