We are looking for a hard working and dedicated person to join our amazing team as an Early Years Apprentice either starting at L2 or moving onto your L3.
We are a privately run nursery and part of a small group of two. In June 2023 we were awarded ‘GOOD’ by Ofsted and have a long and successful history of supporting apprenticeships with many of our apprentices moving onto leadership positions once qualified. As a family run nursery we place great emphasis on caring for our staff and making everyone feel part of our Little Pips Family.

You will learn:

  • How to care for children from 0-5 years of age including feeding, hygiene routines, ensuring comfort, positive behaviour management.
  • The key elements of Early Years Education including all related documents e.g. Development Matters, how to support progress through excellent activities, how to write observations, keeping records of progress etc.
  • How to be an outstanding Early Years Practitioner.
