Position: Early Years Co-Ordinator
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (20 hours per week)
Location: Strabane Sure Start, Melmount Rd, Strabane BT82 9BT
(Travel to other Sure Start sites will be required)
Salary: EY (DEY2) – £31,512–£38,340 FTE

As Early Years Co-Ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and supervising outreach crèche and Developmental Programme staff for 2–3 year olds. You will:

• Facilitate team meetings and provide regular supervision
• Contribute to service planning, review, and development
• Support the Children’s Services Manager in overall service management
• Develop and facilitate new programmes in rural areas
