REQUIREMENTS:

• Hold a “full and relevant” Level 3 qualification for work as an early years educator, as recognized by Ofsted.
• Possess significant experience in a day nursery setting.
• Demonstrate professionalism, customer care, and teamwork in all activities, adhering to our Springwood Way of Working.
• Commit to reflective practice and continuous self-development.
