Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator/Nursery Practitioner with a Level 3 childcare qualification to join our existing team at a vibrant nursery in the heart of the community, very close to Romford Station. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care and education to young children, fostering their development in a nurturing environment.
The children are priority and it is essential that you have a passion for childcare and child developement.
Duties:
- Implementing engaging and age-appropriate activities to support children’s learning and development
- Providing a safe and stimulating environment for children to explore and grow
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Planning and delivering educational programmes in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Monitoring and assessing children’s progress, identifying areas for development
- Collaborating with colleagues to create a supportive team environment
- Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety standards are met at all times
Requirements:
- A caring nature
- The ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Skills to inspire children and colleagues
- Qualifications in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (e.g., CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Childcare)
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Experience working with young children in a nursery setting
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Passion for childcare and the ability to manage challenging situations effectively

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £25,652.00-£26,136.00 per year

Licence/Certification:

• Paediatric First Aid Certification (preferred)
