Job Title: Graduate Early Years Educator – Lead Role in Brand NEW Branch

Type: Full-time | Permanent
Start Date: provisionally 15.09.2025

REQUIREMENTS:

• Level 7 (or higher) in Early Childhood Education
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in an early years setting
• Strong understanding of play-based learning and early development
• Experience with documentation tools (e.g., Child Paths or similar)
• Confident, warm, and team-oriented

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking a qualified and passionate Graduate Early Years Educator to take a lead role in our new centre. You’ll guide daily routines, support a high-quality play-based curriculum, and work collaboratively to ensure a warm, responsive environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead planning and delivery of activities guided by Aistear and Síolta
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive space for children
• Support learning journals and use of platforms like Child Paths
• Collaborate with families and external supports, including Better Start
• Work with junior staff and ensure compliance with Tusla standards
