We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Early Childhood Education and a genuine love for working with young children.
Responsibilities:-work in a classroom of young children, providing a safe and nurturing environment- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate learning and development- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues- Drive continuous improvement in the quality of care and education provided- Maintain an organised and engaging learning environment
Qualifications:- Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or Childcare- Have experience working with young children in a Nursery setting- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written- Passion for Early Years education and the well-being of children
