OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. REQUIREMENTS

  • A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience working with children.
  • Proven experience in childcare settings, particularly within nurseries or early years environments.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
  • Ability to drive initiatives that enhance learning experiences for children.
  • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices in early years education.
