Description

WE’RE OPENING A BRAND-NEW NURSERY – AND WE’RE LOOKING FOR PASSIONATE EARLY YEARS EDUCATORS TO JOIN US FROM DAY ONE!

This is your chance to help shape a warm, creative, and inspiring space where little minds can grow and flourish – and where you can shine too.
Whether you’ve got years of experience or are newly qualified and full of energy, if you love working with children and want to be part of something exciting, we’d love to meet you.
What Makes This Role Special?
This isn’t just any Early Years Educator role – it’s a front-row seat to something amazing. You’ll help us build a brand-new setting, bring fresh ideas to life, and create an environment filled with curiosity, care, and joy. You won’t be slotting into a routine that’s already written – you’ll help write it.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating a fun, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for children aged 0–5.
  • Planning and delivering exciting, age-appropriate activities that spark imagination and support development.
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and your team.
  • Championing each child’s individuality, progress, and wellbeing every single day.
  • Supporting routines like meals, naps, and outdoor play – with a big smile and plenty of energy!
  • Helping shape the values, spaces, and spirit of our brand-new nursery.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Someone who loves working with children and sees every moment as a learning opportunity.
  • A positive, friendly team player who’s always ready to lend a hand or lead a game.
  • An individual with a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3+).
  • Great communication skills with children and adults alike.
  • A proactive attitude – ready to pitch in, share ideas, and grow alongside us.

Why Join Us?
Because this is your chance to be part of something from the very beginning. You’ll help us shape our setting, build our team spirit, and create something families will treasure for years to come.
We believe in fun, in kindness, and in making every day special – for the children, for families, and for our team. You’ll be valued, supported, and encouraged to grow.

Benefits:

  • Competitive pay and a £500 bonus after probation
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • BUPA care plan (reimbursement of some costs of Dental, Optical and therapy treatments)
  • Childcare discounts
  • Long service awards
  • Tailored training plans (virtual and in-person, we’ve got the costs covered)
  • Early Years teacher-led provision with quality advisor support
  • 24/7 mental health support line for you and your family
  • Access to the Bike to Work scheme & Company Pension
  • Training days with industry leaders
