JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, ensuring their emotional, social, and educational development. This position requires effective communication and management skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues within a nursery setting.

SKILLS

  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with children and adults.
  • Experience working with children in a nursery or early childhood education setting is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire both children and fellow educators.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a calm demeanour.
  • Knowledge of childcare practices and early years frameworks is highly desirable.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and contributing to their development.
