SUMMARY

A new post has become available due to increased numbers.
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children in a preschool/nursery setting. We are particularly looking for someone with experience in working with children 2-3 years. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage the room environment and a drive to foster the development of young learners. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of children aged 2-5 years.

REQUIREMENTS

• A recognised qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent experience working with young children is essential.
• Previous experience in a Pre-school/Nursery or childcare setting is highly desirable.
• Ability to motivate and inspire both children and colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and development.
• Ability to mange multiple tasks efficiently maintaining attention to detail
  A commitment to safeguarding the welfare of children at all times.
