Qualifications:

• You have a degree/qualification on Early Childhood education, Childhood Psychology or similar, recognized by the German Authorities
• You are an English native speaker
• You have at least 2 years of teaching experience with young learners
• You are committed to offer pedagogical support and care to young learners aged 0 to 6
• You are able to create an environment for creative and playful development of the children under your care
• You can work in cooperation with parents and the Kindergarten management
• You are self-motivated and can work in a multicultural, multi professional team, students and families
• You are empathic to the students emotional and developmental needs
• You are enthusiastic and passionate about working with young learners
• You have great organization and time management skills
• You can document the young learners progress
• You are ready to promptly relocate to Germany and become a member of our International family
