Hays Education are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Wigan area to recruit a passionate and enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher. Your New RoleAs an EYFS Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that support children's development across the Early Years curriculum. You will create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity and confidence.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging EYFS lessons in line with the Early Years Framework
  • Creating a positive and nurturing learning environment
  • Monitoring and assessing pupil progress
  • Supporting children's social, emotional and academic development
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents
  • Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and achievement



What You'll Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role, you will:

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Have recent experience teaching Early Years
  • Demonstrate strong classroom management skills
  • Have excellent communication and organisational abilities
  • Be passionate about supporting young children in reaching their full potential
  • Be adaptable, enthusiastic and committed to delivering high-quality teaching
