Early Years Lecturer – 18.5 hours per week, up to £38,186.75 pro rata depending on skills and experience, 42 days holiday, free on-site parking, on site café & Starbucks

The Early Years Lecturer will be based on site in Weybridge and will be required to deliver high quality vocational programmes from Level 1 to Level 5.
About the role:

As Early Years Lecturer you will have the enthusiasm and drive to deliver these vocational programmes. Your role will include:

  • Teach on a programme of appropriate courses
  • Assess, review and record learner progress
  • Maintain course and learner records
  • To embed employment skills in to the curriculum courses

To fulfil the role of Early Years Lecturer you will have:

  • Degree, HND or relevant professional qualifications
  • Teaching Qualification & experience teaching in FE a distinct advantage
  • Level 2 English & Maths
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and be skilled in the use of IT
