WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, empathy and excellence to everything they do.

You’ll need:

  • A Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
  • At least 1 year of experience in a nursery or early years setting
  • A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices
  • Great communication and teamwork skills
  • A reflective, can-do attitude and a willingness to grow
  • A current Enhanced DBS or willingness to undergo a check

Responsibilities

As an Early Years Practitioner (Bank Team), you’ll be an essential part of our team, creating a warm, engaging and enriching environment where every child feels safe, seen, and inspired to learn.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the learning and development of children aged 0–5 through meaningful play and planned experiences
