Job Description Pay: £12.71 - £13.00 Regional Early Years Practitioner (Bank Role) Location: Midlands – Little Adventures Nurseries | Bank / Zero‑Hours, Are you a passionate Early Years Practitioner ready to make a difference across multiple settings? While this is a bank role, we are able to offer greater consistency, including a minimum of 10 hours per week for successful candidates. About the Role As a Regional Bank Early Years Practitioner, you will provide essential cover and support across Little Adventures Nursery settings when needed. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining continuity of care while bringing energy, creativity and professionalism to each nursery you support. You will create warm, engaging and enriching environments where every child feels safe, seen and inspired to learn. Your key responsibilities will include: Supporting the learning and development of children aged 0–5 through meaningful play and planned experiences Ensuring every child feels valued, nurtured and challenged according to their individual needs and interests Following safeguarding procedures and promoting a strong culture of safety and care Building positive relationships with children, colleagues and parents across multiple settings Adapting confidently to different nursery environments and teams Reflecting on your practice and engaging in ongoing training and professional development What We’re Looking For We’re looking for practitioners who bring energy, empathy and flexibility to their work. You’ll need: At least 1 year’s experience in a nursery or early years setting A genuine passion for supporting young children’s learning and development Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements Confident communication and teamwork skills A reflective, adaptable and can‑do attitude Willingness and ability to travel to different nursery locations within the Midlands A current Enhanced DBS, or willingness to undergo a check Working Pattern Bank / zero‑hours contract Shifts available Monday to Friday Flexible working across Little Adventures Nursery settings in the Midlands Ready to start your next adventure?
