Are you looking to work for an organisation whose culture is driven by our HEART principles – Honesty, Excellence, Accountability, Respect, and Teamwork? Where you can be yourself, feel supported, and help to make a difference to the next generation? Somewhere you can say: “I did that.”
We are looking for a full time, Level 2/3 qualified Practitioner to join our Bright Horizons Bristol Day Nursery and Preschool, situated under the iconic Clifton Suspension Bridge, and overlooking the beautiful surroundings of the Ashton Court Estate. There are good public transport links and onsite park.
The 56 place nursery, has a real home from home feel, with many of our staff with 10+ years service. The nursery has recently undergone a full refurbishment and boasts an impressive outdoor space with pagoda’s, mud kitchens and lots of room to explore and play. All rooms have access to the garden and use it daily to support children’s physical development. The indoor area is also spacious and offers an array of learning opportunities for all age groups; from the calming sleep area in the baby room, to loose parts play and a curiosity corner in our Toddler room. We offer a school readiness programme in preschool as well as opportunities for Forest School sessions, mindfulness and gentle stretching and exciting opportunities for experiments and science activities. The Preschool children champion our Eco-Schools accreditation with the support of the wider nursery.
