Description

We are looking to recruit a full-time Early Years/ Childcare Educator starting in mid-August 2025. We are a high-quality Early Years service, offering small group sizes and high-quality, child-focused care in Churchtown, Dublin 14 for the last 25 years. We are very proud of our team, and are looking for an enthusiastic and caring person to join us. This position is working with our younger children aged under 3 years old.

SKILLS AND QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • a warm, committed and enthusiastic person who is able to form trusting relationships with the children in their care.
  • a good working knowledge of how to implement a play-based, emergent curriculum, in line with Aistear and Síolta.
  • ability to work well with another person in the room, as well as the whole team.
  • have a flexible approach to their work.
  • excellent organisational skills, and a capacity to keep up to date with observations and other documentation required.
  • ability to work in partnership with families, and establish excellent communication between parents/guardians and colleagues.
