JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the development and learning of children in our Pre-school setting. You will be responsible for managing a group of children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and engagement in various educational activities.
We are looking for someone that can work 3 days a week with flexibility to cover extra shifts.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in childcare or early years education is essential.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable.
  • Ability to drive as the pre-school is based in a rural area.
  • A genuine passion for nurturing children’s growth and development is crucial.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging educational activities that cater to the developmental needs of children aged 2-5 years.

  • Manage daily routines, including meal times, playtime, and rest periods.
