JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team at a nursery in providing high-quality care and education to young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a nurturing learning environment.

SKILLS

• Experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Qualifications in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
• Strong communication skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities in an educational setting
  working on a rota basis between the hours of 8-6pm
  30 Hours contracted Hours All Year round
  Potential Fixed Hours offered.
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: £12.50-£12.60 per hour

Education:

• A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

• Manage and supervise children in the early years setting
• Plan and deliver engaging activities that promote learning and development
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
• Drive the implementation of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum
• Provide leadership and support to other staff members
