At LEYF, our teachers love that their voices really are heard, they’re involved in decision-making and have creative freedom that they don’t get elsewhere. We also recognise you as a teacher, even if you’re more familiar with the term Early Years Educator or Nursery Practitioner, because that’s what you are.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We want you to bring your creativity to life in the classroom! Our nurseries follow LEYF’s unique teaching model, but you’ll have the freedom to tailor your approach to suit the children’s needs. We’re looking for you to be Level 3+ Early Years qualified ready to live our values through your work: Inspiring, Brave, Nurturing, Fun. You’ll also have full right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship.
To really thrive in this nursery, we’re looking for you to show a passion for supporting and educating children with SEND. You may not have a SENDCo qualification, but if you do this would be a bonus.
