OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our small charity nursery in our Willow room, which cares for children ages 2-3 years.
In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing and educating young children in a safe and stimulating environment. You will play a crucial part in their development, helping them to grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities and a deep understanding of early childhood education principles.

EXPERIENCE

  • A qualification in early childhood education or childcare is essential.
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide and support both children and fellow educators.
  • Ability to communicate professional effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and contributing to their growth and development.
  • A valid driving licence may be advantageous for transportation purposes related to educational outings or activities.
