JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner / Nursery Assistant / Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in fostering a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow. EXPERIENCE

  • Proven UK experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is essential.
  • A qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively. Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote children’s development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication.
  • Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining accurate records to inform future planning.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team environment that supports the learning objectives of the nursery.
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced staff, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the nursery setting, ensuring all equipment is safe and suitable for use.
