JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. You will be responsible for promoting the social, emotional, and educational development of children in your care, ensuring they thrive during their formative years.

SKILLS

  • Strong management and leadership abilities to guide a team effectively.
  • Previous experience working with children in a childcare or nursery setting is essential.
  • A background in early childhood education is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English to engage with children, parents, and colleagues effectively.
  • Ability to demonstrate patience, empathy, and understanding towards children’s needs.
  • Driving skills may be beneficial for transporting children or materials as required.
