Role & Responsibilities:

• Distributing hugs as needed
• Singing confidently in front of a crowd of little ones (in tune is not necessary)
• Reading a 10-page fairy tale, upside down, while handling at least four interruptions per page
• Embracing the outdoors in all weather – especially when it involves splashing in muddy puddles
• Pretending to eat playdough meals convincingly, and enjoying countless cups of imaginary tea

Special Skills:
* A warm, welcoming smile that helps every child feel truly valued and the ability to laugh at jokes you don’t quite get!
* A bit of playful charm – if a child asks you to become a pirate captain, you will be the best pirate captain you can be!
* Comfort discussing bodily functions and a finely tuned sense of smell to assist when needed
* Willingness to enjoy yourself — laughter is a key part of daily life here
* Energy, dedication, and a genuine love for working with babies, young children, and their families
