SKILLS

• Ability to drive is advantageous for transporting children or materials as required.

• Plan and implement engaging educational activities that promote children’s physical, emotional, and social development.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.
• Observe and assess children’s progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective strategies for individual learning needs.
• Maintain accurate records of children’s development and attendance.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the nursery setting.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns.
