JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where young learners can thrive. You will play a key role in supporting children’s development and fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma). Will consider apprenticeships.
  • Previous experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting is essential.
  • Strong organisation management and leadership skills to guide and support staff members.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • A genuine passion for childcare and early years education, demonstrating patience and empathy towards young learners.
