We are now seeking a dedicated and proactive Early Years Quality Manager to join our team and ensure the highest standards of practice across our 4 settings.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Early Years Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement and ensuring the delivery of outstanding early years provision. You will be responsible for:

  • Quality Assurance & Improvement:
  • Developing and implementing robust quality assurance frameworks and procedures.
  • Conducting regular audits and observations to monitor and evaluate practice.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address them.
  • Staying abreast of current legislation, best practice, and research in early years education.
  • Training & Development:
  • Developing and delivering high-quality training and professional development opportunities for staff.
  • Mentoring and coaching staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Supporting staff in implementing best practice and promoting a culture of continuous learning.
  • Compliance & Regulation:
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., Ofsted, EYFS).
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Preparing for and managing inspections.
  • Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Providing strong leadership and guidance to early years staff.
  • Collaborating with setting managers and other stakeholders to ensure consistency and quality across all settings.
  • Acting as a champion for best practise.
  • Curriculum Development:
  • Supporting the development and implementation of an enriching and engaging curriculum.
  • Ensuring the curriculum meets the needs of all children, including those with SEND.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our Multi-Site Nursery Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational management and strategic development of our 4 nursery settings. You will play a key role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care, driving occupancy, and maximising profitability while maintaining our commitment to excellence in early years education.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Operational Management:
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple nursery settings.
  • Ensuring efficient resource allocation and effective management of budgets.
  • Implementing and monitoring operational policies and procedures.
  • Managing and resolving operational challenges and issues.
  • Performance Management:
  • Setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for each nursery.
  • Driving occupancy and revenue growth.
  • Identifying and implementing strategies to improve performance and efficiency.
  • Analysing data and generating reports to track performance and identify trends.
  • Leadership & Team Management:
  • Providing strong leadership and support to nursery managers.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing staff.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with staff, parents, and stakeholders.
  • Motivating and leading teams to achieve company goals.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance:
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., Ofsted, EYFS).
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and care across all settings.
  • Working alongside the quality manager to ensure educational excellence.
  • Strategic Development:
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of the company’s strategic plan.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
