As well as, a “Leading at Each” program for those that have leadership aspirations. Your role, your impact Looking for a rewarding career in early childhood intervention? Each needs an experienced Early Years Specialist to join our diverse team of Allied Health professionals, Social Workers, and Inclusive Education specialists. In this role, you'll: Deliver supports, in partnership with families, to help them achieve their goals, using evidence informed best practice. Use assessments, observations, and your understanding of child development to tailor support options that fit each child and family. Empower families, caregivers, and professionals, helping them build skills and confidence to support children in their everyday lives using your coaching skills. Connect children and families with their community to ensure they are included and can participate in the settings and activities they choose. keep thorough records of conversations, developmental progress, and goals, in the NDIA business system. Guide families through the application, implementation, and funding processes of NDIS plans. Who we're looking for A Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood/ Education Expert knowledge in child development and early intervention along with the ability to identify developmental issues. Proven track record building relationships and supporting families and children with developmental delays/disabilities, including the implementation of effective strategies for families to practice at home and other settings.
