The Role

As an Early Childhood Specialist, you'll support a portfolio of nurseries across your region, partnering with Nursery Managers and Regional Directors to:

• Champion high-quality early years practice and pedagogy.
• Coach and develop nursery leadership teams.
• Support safeguarding, inclusion and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and support nurseries through Ofsted inspections.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement sustainable change.
• Build strong relationships across your region, becoming a trusted quality partner.

About You

We're keen to hear from individuals who have:

• Multi-site early years experience (essential).
• A strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding.
• Experience supporting, coaching or improving nursery teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A child-centred approach with the confidence to challenge where standards need improving.
• A willingness to travel across a defined region.
