While previous teaching experience or qualifications are advantageous, they are not mandatory. If you possess the qualifications or experience to enhance our students’ digital capabilities and exhibit the qualities of an inspirational teacher, we will provide the necessary training, development, and support to teach in the Further Education sector.

We are seeking motivated, enthusiastic, and creative individuals who can inspire our Early Years students and create memorable learning experiences.
Utilising your excellent subject knowledge and practical skills, you will collaborate with our dedicated team of talented and passionate teachers. Together, we will plan and deliver engaging practical and theory lessons up to level 2, primarily focusing on our T Level Education and Childcare course. You will also contribute to curriculum development to adapt to the evolving industry demands.
This is a part-time position working 4 days per week (0.8 FTE) on a fixed-term basis until July 2026 at Reading College
