Nursery: Bright Horizons Hertford Day Nursery and Preschool
Salary: Starting from £27,875.20 per annum (dependant on qualification/s and experience)
Location: Hertford, SG13
We are looking for a full time or part time QTS, EYTS, EYPS, or Level 6 early years qualified Teacher to join our Bright Horizons Hertford.
Bright Horizons Hertford opened in January 2020 located on the Foxholes Business Park with great transport links including local bus routes and is close to the Hertford East train station with on-site parking is also available. The nursery benefits from seven individual rooms, each tailored to each age group with fantastic resources. All of the rooms have been designed to be flexible and with good access to the garden area which the children enjoy regularly.
The nursery is proudly Ofsted rated ‘Good’.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Plan and develop rich learning opportunities and exceptional care, that helps all children to develop, and meets their individual needs
  • Make accurate and effective assessments, which reflect the needs, interests, and stages of each child, through supporting the delivery of the key person approach
  • Ensure the environment is providing consistent stimulating and inspiring activities for the children, across both the indoor and outdoor areas
  • Develop and maintain strong parent/ carer partnerships
  • Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety and safeguarding
  • Work with colleagues to maintain a positive, happy and safe environment
