Due to our expanding business, we are looking for an Early Years Teacher to work in an experienced team of practitioners.
We are situated in the lovely village of Farndon, Chester. The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week, between 8.30am and 3.00pm, Monday - Friday and be involved in the planning and delivery of the EYFS, ensuring the children are learning through play.
We cherish outdoor play and use the extensive grounds of the nursery to enhance physical play. Holidays are 35days per year, including bank holidays. Our setting has a Christian ethos, although we celebrate diversity and welcome children and staff from all different faiths and backgrounds.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.

  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with children and families.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to inspire and guide both children and colleagues within the nursery environment.
  • A genuine passion for childcare, with the ability to manage diverse needs within a group setting.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances while maintaining a positive attitude towards challenges.
