Skills & Experience

• Previous experience of working with children in the early years is preferred

• A genuine Love and passion for working with children and making a positive impact on their lives

• Creativity and enthusiasm

• Understanding of health and safety requirements in an early years setting

• Fluency in the English language

• Computer skills in using Microsoft Office

• And other programs that serve pre-school purposes

Job Description

To deliver the EPG Curriculum through appropriate pedagogy, teaching and behavior management strategies within an approved observation, recording and reporting framework to ensure all children can access learning at their individual level and progress according to or beyond the expected rate according to UK standards.

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.

- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children.

- Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

- Assess and monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback to parents.

- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational program.

• - Maintain open communication with parents/guardians about their child's progress.
