Mulgrave School, one of Canada’s leading independent pre-K–12 IB World Schools, is looking for caring, flexible, and enthusiastic Early Years Teachers-on-Call to join our community.

As an Early Years TOC, you’ll play an important role in supporting our youngest learners and their teachers, whether stepping in for staff absences, assisting with special events, or helping to create a nurturing, engaging classroom experience.

• Support classroom teachers in day-to-day activities
• Bring lesson plans to life with creativity and care
• Assist with snack/lunch routines and classroom tidy-up
• Offer individual support, including bathroom training for our youngest students
• Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning space
• Be open to covering after school care when needed
