• Leading the Preschool room and a team of practitioners
• Plan and develop rich learning opportunities and exceptional care, that helps all children to develop, and meets their individual needs.
• Creating a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environment
• Supporting children to grow in confidence, independence, and school readiness
• Working closely with families to ensure each child thrives
• Assisting the Manager with planning, compliance, and quality assurance
• Modelling best practice and mentoring colleagues to achieve excellence
