About the Role

As an Early Years Teacher, you will deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children's academic, social, emotional, and physical development. You will create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment while delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and ensuring every child reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, child-centred learning in line with the EYFS framework
• * Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• * Observe, assess, and monitor children's progress and development
• * Support children's communication, language, literacy, and numeracy skills
• * Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• * Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all children, including those with SEND and EAL
• * Contribute to curriculum planning and wider school initiatives
• * Uphold safeguarding procedures and promote the wellbeing of all children
