We’re on the lookout for a warm, enthusiastic, and creative Early Years Teacher to join our team, term time only (following the Norwegian school year). If you love working with children, have a passion for play-based learning, and enjoy seeing little ones grow and thrive, this could be the perfect role for you. You’ll be helping to create a safe, happy, and inspiring space where children can explore, learn, and shine.

• Planning and running fun, age-appropriate activities that support children’s physical, emotional, and social development.
• Making sure every child feels safe, secure, and cared for in a welcoming environment.
• Observing and celebrating children’s progress, while adapting activities to suit their individual needs.
• Building positive and supportive relationships with children, families, and your colleagues.
• Keeping records of daily routines, activities, and developmental milestones.
• Working as part of a team to keep raising the quality of care and education we provide.
• Following health and safety guidelines to make sure our setting stays safe and happy.
• Joining in with staff meetings and training to keep learning and growing in your role.
