General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI), an affiliate of General Atomics, is a world leader in proven, reliable remotely piloted aircraft and tactical reconnaissance radars, as well as advanced high-resolution surveillance systems.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Earned Value Management (EVM) Business Program Analyst to join the Earned Value Resource Center (EVRC) at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems located in Poway, CA. The EVRC purpose is to provide EVM leadership, guidance, program support, surveillance, and tools management. This position combines finance/business and program management support disciplines to provide support to GA-ASI programs that are required to manage using Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques. The position requires analysis of EVM program data artifacts, deliverables, and metrics; identifying compliance corrective actions and continuous improvements; supporting EVM tool and automation implementations; and providing actionable recommendations to the EVRC program support and surveillance functions.
As a GA-ASI EVRC team member, the candidate must be able to both take direction for assigned tasking and act as a leader and role model for EVM implementation, working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment, often driven by CDRL, customer, or other deadlines.
